FAQ

Quick answers to what matters

Is the amount auto-deducted from my balance?

Yes. The moment payment is confirmed, the amount is debited from your account and cannot be reused. Remaining balance shows instantly in /wallet.

How do I receive the server after paying?

You instantly get an order summary with the order ID, package, country, OS, and amount paid. Within minutes the admin sends the server details (IP, username, password) as a plain text message.

Where do I use a coupon?

The coupon button only appears at checkout. Enter the code before confirming, and the price updates immediately.

What's the difference between Linux and Windows?

Linux packages are cheaper and great for scripts and bots. Windows packages support RDP for GUI apps. 4GB is Linux only, 8GB is Windows only.

How do I open a support ticket?

Use /ticket and write your issue. Replies arrive as normal messages in the same chat — no leaving Telegram.

Ready to try the bot?
